1. Acceptance of terms

By using this website or engaging Sellify360 LLC ("we," "us," "our") for services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or engage our services.

2. Description of services

We provide remote team services including customer support and sales, social media marketing, e-commerce management, training and development, and dispatch services for transport, taxi, limousine, and trucking businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for any engagement are defined in a separate proposal or service agreement.

3. Client responsibilities

Providing accurate information needed to scope and deliver services.
Granting timely access to the systems and tools required for the engaged service.
Reviewing and approving materials, scripts, or processes where your sign-off is part of the workflow.
Ensuring you have the right to grant us access to any third-party systems or data involved.

4. Payment terms

Fees, billing cycles, and payment methods are set out in your service proposal or agreement. Late payment may result in a pause of services until accounts are brought current.

5. Confidentiality

Each engagement is covered by a mutual non-disclosure agreement. Confidential information shared by either party will only be used for the purposes of the engagement. See our Privacy Policy for more on how client data is handled.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your brand assets, data, and materials. We retain ownership of our internal training materials, processes, and tools, except where a specific agreement states otherwise.

7. Term & termination

Engagement length and termination notice periods are set out in your service agreement. Either party may terminate for material breach that isn't corrected within a reasonable notice period.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from these terms or a service engagement is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service in the period the claim relates to. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients directly.
